Head coach

Jared Graves is a mountain biking legend, known as the “Swiss Army Knife of Cycling,” for his meticulous preparation and relentless dedication made him a formidable threat in any race, regardless of the discipline. Career highlights include:

  • A multiple elite national champion for enduro, BMX, downhill, 4X, XCE, and XCC,

  • 21 World Cup and Enduro World Series (EWS) victories

  • Countless podiums at the World Cup level in enduro, 4X, downhill, and BMX.

  • Olympian (BMX)

Beyond his professional achievements, Graves found passion in mentoring the next generation of champions. His guidance helped shape the careers of multiple world champions, including Richie Rude and Sam Willoughby, as far back as 2007, fostering a legacy of excellence.

After personally retiring from full-time racing in early 2022, Jared transitioned into the role of performance coach with the Yeti/Fox Factory Team. Over the past four seasons, he has guided the team to dozens of World Cup wins and podiums, working with riders such as Richie Rude, Sławomir Łukasik, Ryan Gilchrist, and Bex Baraona.
